The Opportunity:
At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We’re growing our Professional Services team and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead complex client engagements across Atlantic Canada. You’ll work directly with clients, help shape projects early, and stay involved through delivery. The work is a mix of delivery and advisory, depending on the client and the engagement. We work with a wide range of clients across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on large-scale IT and business transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do:
- Lead client projects from planning through delivery, either as part of an IMP team or embedded with the client
- Work with clients and internal teams to define scope, approach, and delivery plans
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project performance
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including senior client leadership
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive implementation and problem-solving
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes as they arise
- Support proposals and early-stage discussions when needed
- Mentor team members and contribute to improving how we deliver projects

Work is a mix of remote and on-site, depending on client needs.

What You Need to Succeed:
- 8+ years leading IT projects or programs in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with clients
- Comfortable working across both business and technical teams
- PMP or equivalent experience is preferred
